MIL: Breaking of first ground

Hard working kids from the Kindergarden “next door”, Hokus Pokus, helped breaking the first ground for Mechatronics Innovation Lab (MIL) today.

Kjetil Hellang, the Financial Director of UiA, guided the audience through speakers like Tor Henning Ramfjord (NOV), Johan Martin Ugland (JBU) and UiA Rector Frank Reichert.

The publicly announced PhD position WP3.5 Formal Verification of Hybrid Systems has received 47 applicants. The selection committee has started it’s work and the goal is to start up the work with the selected candidate in Q3-2016.
